1 Definitions and Applicability

This document is a legal agreement between 89ld ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). 89ld is an online betting and casino platform providing digital entertainment services in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration and Management

3 Eligibility and Age Requirements

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

• To withdraw this bonus, you must wager a total of 25 times the bonus amount (25x wagering requirement).
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once and applies to one account, one device, or one IP address.

General Bonus Policy

• Wagering contribution rates for specific games may apply while a bonus is active — details will be stated on each offer's page.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated after completing the wagering requirement will be eligible for withdrawal.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless 89ld grants separate permission.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 89ld may cancel the bonus and suspend the account without prior notice.

VIP Program

89ld's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at 0.3% for Bronze, 0.6% for Silver, 0.9% for Gold, 1.2% for Platinum, and up to 1.5% for Diamond. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

89ld's platform offers sports betting, casino games, live dealer, fishing games, slots, and other game categories.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Unintended outcomes caused by technical errors or system failures may be considered void.
• If a sports betting event is postponed or cancelled, 89ld will settle bets in accordance with its accepted rules.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary by game and event; limits will be stated on the game page.

Game Fairness

7 Prohibited Activities

• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• False or incomplete registration information.
• No account activity for an extended period of time.
• Account closure at the member's own request.

Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed at the member's own request, any existing valid balance may be withdrawn, but active bonuses will be cancelled. In the case of cancellation due to a rule violation, 89ld reserves the right to forfeit any bonus-related balance.

9 Privacy and Data Collection

89ld follows our Privacy Policy in collecting, storing, and processing members' personal information. By registering, you are giving your consent to this policy.

• Your personal information will not be sold to third parties.

10 Limitation of Liability

89ld accepts no liability in the following situations:

• If an account is damaged as a result of unauthorized access, where the member has not kept their login credentials secure.
• If the service is unavailable due to unforeseen events (force majeure) — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.

Under no circumstances shall 89ld's liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

Termination of Service

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect. The Bengali version of this agreement holds the highest authority.
